• Item 1: For your convenience, we offer free shipping on jewelry orders over 100 €, provided the order is fully prepaid.

• Item 2: For orders sent via Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer is responsible for any funds transfer fees charged by the carrier.

• Item 3: In the event of a return or refusal of an item sent via Cash on Delivery, the return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.

• Item 1: Cash on Delivery payments are processed through the Nova Poshta (NP) delivery service.

Warranty Repair

To be eligible for warranty repair services, the following conditions must be met:

1. The customer must provide the sales receipt and the original item tag.

2. The request must be made within the valid warranty period.

3. The jewelry must show no signs of mechanical damage, nor exposure to alkaline or cleaning agents, substances containing chlorine or iodine, or creams and ointments containing mercury or its compounds.

To maintain the beauty and integrity of your jewelry, please avoid the following:

• Improper Handling: Any form of mechanical impact or accidental damage.

• Chemical Exposure: Contact with acids, alkalis, detergents, and laundry products.

• Reactive Substances: Interaction with substances containing iodine, chlorine, mercury, or sulfur.

• Solvents: Contact with solvents, nail polish removers, and stain removers.

• Pigments: Exposure to dyes and coloring agents.

• Abrasives: Contact with abrasive surfaces or substances, such as scrubs, sand, nail files, or toothpaste.

• Extreme Temperatures: Exposure to open flames, as well as extreme or rapidly changing temperatures (e.g., saunas and tanning beds).

• Radiation: Exposure to radioactive, X-ray, or intense ultraviolet radiation.

• Home Cleaning: Attempting to clean the jewelry at home, including the use of DIY ultrasonic cleaners.

Storage Tip: To prevent scratches and chips, each piece of jewelry should be stored individually in a separate soft pouch or lined jewelry box.
